By engaging Free Flow Enterprise for design services, you agree to the following terms:
Services
Free Flow Enterprise provides interior design consulting, space planning, blueprint creation, design concepts, and related design services.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate project information, measurements, requirements, and feedback necessary to complete the project.
Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Intellectual Property
All designs, blueprints, drawings, renderings, concepts, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Free Flow Enterprise until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, the client receives a non-transferable license to use the delivered materials for their intended project.
Revisions
Revisions included in the project scope will be specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions may incur additional fees.
Limitation of Liability
Free Flow Enterprise provides design concepts and blueprint services. Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permits, engineering approvals, contractor reviews, or regulatory approvals before construction or implementation.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the State of Hawaii.
