Because our services involve custom design work created specifically for each client, all sales are considered final once work has commenced.
Design Services
Clients may cancel a project before design work begins and may be eligible for a refund of any payments made, less any administrative or consultation fees already incurred.
Once design work, drafting, blueprint creation, or project planning has begun, fees paid are non-refundable due to the time, labor, and intellectual property involved in producing custom deliverables.
Revisions
Client satisfaction is important to us. Revision requests will be handled in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement or project proposal.
Digital Deliverables
Upon delivery of blueprints, floor plans, renderings, design concepts, or other digital files, no refunds will be issued.
